THIRD SECTOR INNOVATIONS HELPS WESTERN COLORADO NONPROFITS DO THEIR BEST WORK

Based in Grand Junction, Colorado since 1994, our team supports clients with local, regional, and occasionally national reach. We know the funding landscape, the organizations, and the politics. We've been at this long enough to know what works, and we've built our reputation one engagement at a time.

WE SERVE THE THIRD SECTOR

Nonprofits operate in what we call the “third sector.” It’s the place between public institutions and private enterprise, where communities are served directly, service gaps are bridged, and needs are met. Small and mid-sized nonprofits anchor both rural and urban communities through programming that is often essential, and sometimes lifesaving.

Third Sector Innovations has helped these organizations take their work to the next level. We work across the full range of organizational needs, applying a custom approach to each client so that every engagement is built around what that organization actually requires. Whether it's raising capital funds for an emergency shelter or facilitating a team-building retreat for an orchestra, we deliver exactly what you need, and nothing you don't.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT FROM THIRD SECTOR INNOVATIONS:

  • Practical first. We give you data-based directional advice and actionable next steps so that when the rubber hits the road, you know which way to go.

  • Built around you. Every engagement is shaped by your organization's specific needs instead of a one-size-fits-all template.

  • Rooted in community. We've worked in Western Colorado for three decades, and we understand what makes this region different. We work in Grand Junction, Fruita, Palisade, Glenwood Springs, Montrose, Delta, Hotchkiss, Steamboat Springs, Craig, Durango, and beyond.

  • Full-service support.  Fundraising, research, planning, facilitation, and training, all under one roof, so you're not piecing together multiple vendors.

  • A network built to grow your mission. Our team of experts allow us to match the right skill sets to your project.

  • Honest guidance. We tell you what you need, even when it's not what you came in asking for.
