Most nonprofit leaders learn on the job, figuring out fundraising, governance, and strategy as they go. We’ve been working with nonprofits for over 30 years, so we built the Accelerator Series to bridge that gap.
The Accelerator Series offers structured, hands-on training with clear and actionable takeaways to get your nonprofit rolling toward success. We offer these training sessions at affordable prices for Western Colorado board members, fundraisers,
and executive directors.
BOARD ACCELERATOR
Duration: 1 day (4 hours, refreshments and dinner served)
A strong nonprofit starts with a cohesive board of directors. Built specifically for nonprofit board members, our Board Accelerator sessions address the problems we see in our work with volunteer nonprofit boards every day, from inefficiency and inexperience to conflicting visions and unclear expectations.
COST:
$40 for the first representative of an organization; $25 for each additional participant.

It’s designed to create effective and fearless leaders who can delegate, follow through, and solve problems as they arise. If your job is to lead a mission, we’ve got the tools to help you do it.

Most trainings hand you a binder and send you home. The Accelerator Series is built around the problems we actually see in nonprofit boards, fundraising teams, and executive directors every day, which means the takeaways are specific enough to use on Monday morning, not file away for later.

Start with the next training available! These trainings are not linear — you can take them in any order. Each Accelerator targets a specific role and a specific set of problems. They can be taken independently or as a sequence if your organization wants to build capacity across the whole leadership structure.

One person can attend. That said, shared language across a team tends to produce better results than one person returning with notes. The Board Accelerator discounts additional participants from the same organization for exactly that reason.
